What LOOKS BETTER? 26 with neck cut and raked ( like HHI) or 13.5 trees (Kewlmetal)

just wondering what you guys think? i heard the "builders" say "you have to cut and rake the neck, that the only way". but others swear by only the tree way. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? pics welcome

I used to own some shit!
Sorry should have said more:

I honestly think they both look good. With those two options it's really up to you. It's kind of like saying "what's the best underwear??? Hanes or Fruit of the Loom??"

EVERYONE is going to have a different opinion.

Most likely something other than just looks will guide you to the right choice "for you." In my case I was 100% sold on the trees until I realized I couldn't run the fairing I wanted to, so I literally am cutting the neck just so I can run a Camtech Pro-Mod Fairing!

Up in da one fiddy...
There's not very many pictures on the Internets of the Kewl Metal tree installs (I've found four or five other bikes beyond the ones posted on this site). My raked fairing and fenders are in paint, so I haven't seen my Kewl Metal 12 degree trees with everything together yet. However, when you go out and look at slothy or vrog's bikes... there is no doubt, the 9/9 HHI or Yaffe setup is bada$$.

I ordered a HHI frame neck kit today... I need an intervention...

It all depends on how much you like the fun on rake and strech. You are getting rake with the trees, not as much as a full on cut. You are missing the 2in out and up that you get with the neck kit though.

You made the right choice! Neck and trees only way to go. IMHO it just looks better has a great stance to it

Just trees does not have enough have enough room between the switch and tank console. Looks to squished IMO. To each there own. Both function properly, just two different ways of doing something. Kind of like someone doing a body lift to get 37s under a truck when a suspension lift is a bit more involved.

Very nice Slothy. That's why I didn't cut I hate the gap. I guess you can say I think the squished is bada**.
