Have any of you guys tried or installed the New sinister tank kit? I've heard there is alot of prep work with the yaffe tank.

Shope has a YouTube on installing his tank kit. You will need his seat pan also brother. Not 100% sure that a different aftermarket won't fit.

has anyone ever stoped and thought about what the actual cost differance is between the two. say for example a yaffe tank and getting the tank covers. all the prep work time body filler primer paints .ect start to finish. for both. Myself im not a body or paint guy . so i got to send to a painter. . i not real sure there is a big savings . between the two .i know how much the back half of my bike cost.

OK, Dig it. I am just finishing up stretched tank covers that.... Wait for it.... Bolt on.

Thats right. Even better I have stretched sidepanels too. Downfall... 09 and up.

Super straight and you can order them painted.

Wont be long. I am finishing up the marketing materials and videos as we speak. Keep your eyes open.

Are the insides lined of the shroud? I'd think with the vibration that the bolted on ones would get that frequency going on in the fiberglass and crack it out.

I saw Camtech at Myrtle last year as well. As soon I saw there stuff I wanted it! Very very nice! I like the body kit with the new flared side panels. They don't look as wide as Sinister's, which is good for my stumps.
