I really want satellite radio for the bike. What is my best bet to get a portable setup that works with stock controls? What do I need? FYI, not real tech wavy.

My guess is go with the moco set up $$$ though. I run internet radio (pandora,I heart radio, slacker) it's free on your smart phone or get an i pod .

You can get a XM Pioneer Inno for a good price on ebay nowadays. They are totally portable (can use headphones, car cradle, or aux plug into your bike) and you can also upload your MP3s to it. I like the fact you can record songs on it that are playing live. I've downloaded entire albums by just listening to XM and hitting record everytime I hear a song I like.

Get the Iheart radio app for your andriod phone and run it through the aux in on the radio that you already have... Problem solved... Run a cable back to your bags or get a dash that you can put your phone in or you can get the HD ipod pouch for your bag and put the phone in there.. Wont work with stock controls other than volume.. Honesty sat radio kind of sucks... When I had it in the F350 I actually listened to my iPhone more than that..

Yeah, that could be done. I just like satellite radio I guess. I listen in the work truck for 10-12 hrs a day. The stations I listen to are always playing what I want to hear. I used to buy cds every once in a while. Now that everything went digital I still haven't downloaded one song or album from itunes and I don't really care. I don't need every one of my favorite songs at my fingertips, just my favorite kind of music. How can you hear anything new when you always playing something old?
