Rue's 2012 Roadglide Custom Vivid Black

I bought my bike in Sept. 2011 and all I could think about was putting a big wheel on the front (thats anything bigger than a 21) and not spending twice. I ordered the 23 High five Yaffe and after it came in I stumbled on the best forum ever Choppedbaggers.com, I look forward to checking out new threads and seeing everyone responses. I've changed my mine on a lot of things since joining and the first thing I wanted to do was sell the 23 and get a 26 and cut the neck. I think I'm off that high now and look forward to doing that maybe in the next year or 2. I've learned alot since I joined in Feb.

Anyway I thought it was about time for me start a thread about my bike, so far I have bought 17" evil apes from Carlini which will come off soon I want 20's, Tri Glide Trees, PM 6 piston caliper for 13" rotor and DNO bags + fender I ordered from Cisco. Hopefully the DNO's will show up tomorrow, Home made rear air ride, Up yours exhaust and lots of chrome.

Btw thanks Marty for the blue lights on the gauges...

I still have a long way to go, my build want be as fast as others but when I'm done I will be very happy. Here's a couple of pics.

Btw I was playing around with some candy paint on the inner fairing, think I'm staying with Black.

You must be one tall dude to want the 20" Evil Apes, I am 6'2" and I don't think I could ride with them for long.

6'4 I like the evils but they don't make them pass 17", i'm thinking gangsta or flying. I had the 20" flying apes on my Roadstar and had no problem.

I looked at the drop seat after we talk and it's way cheaper to buy some new apes. Bruh you can borrow anytime.

Yeah, I rode to the rally in Galveston and at the time my bike was new. Well after I parked and walked around plus I had a couple of beers I know I saw 6 RG that I thought was mine, it's a good thing I didn't sit on any.. Lol I wasn't the only one drinking. That's what happens when you ride stock.

You didn't get the bags? They where expected to be there on the 13 they require a signature. They when out USMAIL u should have gotten a tracking number from paypal. Ill check on it in the morning and call the USMAIL.

No sir, I haven't got them yet only the caliper came in. I did get a tracking # from PayPal but when I track it, it gave a expected date of the 13th but the truck hasn't made to Texas yet. Maybe it was high jacked for my bags. Lol

Installed chrome starter today, took every bit of 15 mins. Here's more pics. Btw I have a extra starter with 525 miles on it for 275 shipped, pm me if interested.
