Are the bikes with raked trees and or necks sporting the 23's and up ridable?
I mean back to back to back 6-700 mile days? I don't want to sacrifice too much
in the ride and handling department. I have a hard tail chopper, just would like
to keep the touring bike, tour-able

Yup, check out this trip I did around the eastern part of the country.

Then a few weeks later Slothy toured about 6800 miles in 14 days...

without pics or videos ,i can tell you all of our bikes are long haulers.Daily grocery getters or rides across the country you can go anywhere on a big wheel.Only thing holding you back would be your seat and the availability of a 26 if you blow a tire .They are afterall mostly stock based bikes with cosmetic addons .The wheel or neck rake doesnt hold you back from anything if its done right
