I'm considering replacing my chrome lower fork legs with black ones. Does anyone have a step by step on how this is done?

The job is very straight forward and not difficult. I would recommend picking up a shop manual. Also, consider bringing the old/new parts to the dealer so they can swap cartridges and seals. Expect an hr labor and money for seals. Should be around 100. dough well spent. If not check out the many videos on you tube. The 3-part video is pretty good. Good luck..
