Hey guys, My name is Kip. Im a disabled vet that has had a love for motorcycles from a young age. Im 31, and currently own Scrubcycles. I build bikes, and sale parts to keep me busy. I was confined to my home for the past 2 years due to my disability, and now the shop has helped me start becoming a bit more social. Im a member of the CVMA( Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association) , as well as the Wounded Warriors project both who help vets in many ways!!! I currently have 2 bikes, a 2012 Streetglide, that we went nuts on, and is currently for sale, and a 2012 Deluxe, that we just started building.I look forward to talking to you all on here.

Thanks to you all!!!! We are looking to move somewhere north of Colorado springs. We are wanting Mountain views, but know they come with a price tag. We will rent at 1st until we decide exactly where, and then buy a few acres. I hope to be up there Late January, early February. We also have to find a new shop to set the business up at.

Welcome! Just rode Hwy 83 down to Co Springs yesterday. Beautiful area but you're right, everything is expensive.

If you're going to buy land in Colorado, ask questions about the water supply. Water rights are insanely expensive out here, there are lots of rules on wells, and if water is supplied by a utility, you'll pay two-three times what it costs in the city.

Keep us posted on the move and setting up shop.

Yard, what part of town are you on? And do you know any good house rental companies up there?

Thanks again!!!

I'm two hours north of Colorado Springs (north side of Boulder). I use craigslist to advertise our condo. That's where I would start.

I have a friend from Kansas that has been looking for houses out here. I'll check with him to see where he is having the best luck finding stuff.
