Welcome from Florida, good looking scoot, if you're just starting I wonder where you're going with the build, looks good so far.

Welcome from Texas. What your set in the front? looks good.

I lowered the front 2 1/2" just to give it a slammed look for while I got all my parts. A buddy had that drop in kit laying around. But then I got my 23 in and decided to see if it would fit. It did... Barely!! But I have 9 degree tricky triple trees laying on the bench ready to be put on whe I start going back together.

It does look good slammed down in the front, How did it ride or did you slam it for the pic?

Well I have a list of sinister parts bags, rear fender, tank cover, seat pan, headlight bezel, windshield, and of course paint. But in about a month or so I should be done. I guess I should have started a build thread in the other section. Ha

It actully rides not to bad. not the best ride but it's to close for comfort. The progressive drop in spring stiffened it up quite a bit. Illbe taking that kit out when the trees go in.

Word on the street is the Tricky Trees are junk, send them back and get your $$$. If you want some no-cut trees get the Kewl Metal trees.

Yea that's what I've been hearing but I couldn't pass up the deal. I got them dirt cheap off my buddy that broke his bike down before he sold it. He loved them on his street glide.

Just to be fair... we've heard stories about Tricky Trees but my impression was that these were trees from a couple years ago. They may have resolved some issues and improved the engineering (or not)... just sayin' :17:

Yea I've herd good and bad. The experience that my buddy had was great tho. I've road his bike a couple of times and it rides good. There only about 7 months old so there fairly new. But I guess well have to see.
