Thanks Bill, Just wasnt something that I could ride all day on. Mainly a Bar Hopper, it made a Mag Cover in Nov. 2011. Sold it so I could do up a Bagger, and
have something I could trick out and ride 1000 miles in a weekend with.

I rolled out of bed on Dec 7th and said "Self, the Custom Bagger world needs their own forum!"

www.choppedbaggers.com is the result of that conversation with myself
This site is going to BLOW UP. Im a member over on the HD forums and I know alot of the older bagger guys over there get tired of talking about cutting up a Bagger and doin the 26 or 30. Not bashing them fellas, but Ive never had anything "Stock". No need to stop now. I tend to think outside the box, dont want what everybody else has.

Hell yeah I miss it. But it was a 06-88CI-5 Speed. I put alot of blood, sweat and tears into her.
so, i am guessing you ordered a 2012 rg then? idk 88ci 5-speed wouldn't have bothered me, still newer than what i have. Then again i like old junk! i was never one for upgrading rides all the time. i have too much time, effort, and memories in mine to want to start over.

Nah, not going to buy a New RG and tear it apart and cut the neck etc. Gonna try and get a newer wrecked one and do it that way. Cant see spending 18k 20k on a Rg and then tearing it apart. Would just rather get a wrecked one and then do some cutting.

Man, I was able to find a steal of a deal on a 2010 Ultra which is loaded up with chrome goodies "which I can sell." Finding the bike that has one of everything in the HD parts book can be a good thing.
