Don't post much on this site. Use it a lot for information and am grateful for that. I have been done with my Road Glide since last spring and I was done with my Sporty which I gave to my nephew on the condition he finishes college. So I pick up this Street Bob late in the summer did some things to it lowered it, pipes, Intake, tuner, strip a bunch of stuff off it. But it was green when I bought it and I hate green! Here is what I have done the last couple of months. First picture is after I lowered it and the first 23 inch wheel on it. Also new bars. Forward controls. Plus most on the stuff striped off.

So stipend the bike down to this. Any thing that was chomed got set out to get powders coated black and yes I did the rocker boxes and push rod tubes and lifter blocks. I did the primary and TC cover earlier. Sent the tins off to the painter and I'm lucky sine he lives only 20 minutes away and he has done 4 other bikes for me. Also placed the headset bearings since they were a mess.

My tins back from paint. The only thing that I ask was no green, purple, pink and I ask if he could do the bar and shield on the tank and the Maltese cross on the rear fender. John knock it out the park.

In this picture finished with the motor black out. Also all the front end pieces back on after getting back from the powder coat. Can you tell I'm not a fan of chrome. Pick up a different headlight shell and installed a Daymaker headlight. And the new wheels and tires. And of course I should have double checked but I went ahead have the tires mounted/balance first and on the rear wheel the sent it with the wrong wheel bearings. Call DNA and they were awesome sent out the correct bearing and crush sleeve and gave me a 50.00 credit for my labor. Still waiting for those to come in.

Here's picture with the tank/dash and a better view of the head light also a good shot to check out the stance of the bike. At this point still waiting and the wheel bearings so I can get new wheel spacers made for the rear. Also still waiting on my new custom seat to come in. Last I heard it was going to be done at the end on the month.

Looks Bad Ass!! Wasn't digging the paint until I saw a few pieces on the bike. Looks great with the black! Can't wait until you finish it. Take pics from multiple angles, and post them for us to see it all come together.
