My custom floorboards almost complete

Well after seeing other people floorboards getting made I felt like I needed to get busy and get mine machined. Here is my progress so far. Still have to flip them over and machine the back side then off to chrome.

Very nice!
Can you make an air cleaner cover, too? I may be looking to match up to my wheel.

Trace are you going to make these in a limited capacity?

I have talked to Bill about becoming a vendor here so I may be able to sell some soon and not step on any toes. Right now I was just making something for my bike and wanted to share (showoff...LOL) . I have actually had these designed for a year but never got around to making them.

Traceman, I actually like these a little more than the Thunder Cycle Boards. Not so gothic looking, just more clean and smooth.

Thanks Josh,
Well mine are about 1.5" narrower and 1/2" shorter than his. I just don't like that huge platter hanging out there so I narrowed them up. I am not big into gawdy stuff. I almost didn't put the flames but figured what the hell, lets cut it and see how they turn out. If I don't like them I can always mill them out and put in the diamond knurled rubber insert I have.

Looking at the first pic now where the grooves are going just one direction is pretty cool too. May try a set like that and see how they look.

I just wonder how much the chromer is going to love buffing these out. LOL

I used to own some shit!
I see what your saying but I like it just the way you made them. All metal but lots of traction.
