Lower priced mods that you like the most

Hey guys new to the baggers and mine came with a couple parts on it but im looking to do something to the bike over winter. Whats you favorite mods you've done to your bikes that wernt big bucks?

When you say strip the bullshit off what all did you pull off? Im pulling the chrome crash bars off around the saddlebags and a few other little add ons off. What did you pull off?

And when you say extensions for the floor boards do you mean move them out wider?

So i started looking at the rear of the bike a little more and started seeing how much I dont like the rear grab bar. I saw some people are putting the autogem lights in them. What else are you guys doing? Also saw some people are cutting the stock grab bar and putting chrome plugs in them. I dont really want to cut the stock bar but i guess its not a big deal. I dont know what i would rather have. I guess the added light wouldnt be a bad thing and i could either splice into the brake lights or turn signals. What other Ideas do you guys have. Maybe if I find out what size the stock bar size is I can get some and make my own sorta "cut grab bar"?

heat demons. that was by far the best for the cash. i love my hydraulic clutch setup with hidden/internal line inside bars. nice easy smooth pull, no shitty looking cable anymore.
