Looking for a Texas shop

Looking to find if anyone knows a shop in Texas that can cut my frame and do the mods I need to get to a 26" or 30" wheel when I finally decide which size I am going for? I know Pickard is in Texas but don't think they do frame mods.

That one is mine, you must have been at Strokers last night... It was cut and built buy Chris Lebouef in Lafayette. But since I'm a Dallas boy I'll be heading to Pickard for some dress up... Floorboards, controls etc... Did we meet last night Tx Sniper?
