Going to the Arnold Classic today

I don't know how many of you are into going to the gym, but I'm a workout freak. I hit the gym 4 or 5 days a week. The Arnold Classic is this weekend in Columbus, Ohio. If you've never been it's unreal. If your into any type of fitness or sports this is the place to be.

Have fun. I used to compete in pretty much all the 90's. Still work out 4-5for days a week but the bodybuilding is definitely over. Too many surgeries and no money. Have fun people watching.

It was fun. We saw Arnold and met Matt Hughs, Forrest Griffin, and Randy Courture. Those guys are frickin badass.
