Fork slider options

Can't find much info on regular vs extended fork sliders. I'm about 80% done with my 26" FLHX bagger build. Recently got mine out of the shop and to me the front end is missing something. Need help deciding on what fork sliders to make it look the best. Stock length or +2? I have a top shop raked fairing for a short neck with short neck 9/9 HHI weld on kit. Working on full air ride when I changed fork sliders.

Plus 1 normally works with the 26"

A way to dress up OEM fork sliders is to run a Bad As Hell fork cap and flush mount axle, inexpensive. The BAH cap makes the right side match the left side by using a square fork cap as opposed to a round one. The flush mount axle will clean up the axle sticking out. Add a set of custom fork cans for a different look.

its not a bolt on....

the cans is what he was talking about. normally they're +1 on a 26. if you use a blot on then IDK? theres 5 mfgers and none are the same in that position.

as far as I know theres only one mfger that makes a plus on the leg itself. HHI makes a +1 leg set for use with 30's. it makes the front more ridged with a lot less flop.. they run a dual top race in the leg...

or harley trike lower fork legs are about an inch longer, i got a set on a breakout rocker bitsa with permanent side car mounted, used 4 1/2 raked trees to lower trail, the legs dont require lower cans then and looks more compact, this is a paddock racer to scare the grandkids, so dont ask for pics lol , currently in many pieces

Arlen Ness 10 gauge stock length. Trouble is they are about a 1/16 of an inch too short from completely covering the lower leg. I ended up just recently buying the 2" extended ones and have someone interested in buying these. Just have to find the time to tear it all down again to install the new ones.
