I have about 100 miles on so far with the Thundermax installed and I think I should have gone with a different baffle. At low RPM's it sounds kind of hollow and tinny. I am going to give it some more time but think maybe I should of went with just the standard or quiet baffle. Wondering if you can just switch out the baffles??? I think the loud baffle is designed for bigger builds. When you let off the gas or in between gears it makes that garble garble noise like there is a lose of back pressure.

Have a good weekend!

Thanks man. In looking at it there is a bolt that goes through that holds the baffle in. I am going to contact D&D Monday and see if they can send me the standard baffle and give that a try. I am sure it will be a bitch to get it out. I'll soak her down good with some WD-40 and let it sit then try to knock it out. A little lithium grease on the new one and it should slide right in.
