Absolutely great customer service! I ordered my Yaffe 23 FL fender last week and got it today. Ha, I doubt I would have had it that fast if I ordered it directly from Mr. Yaffe himself.

And the price, blew everyone else out of the water. Thanks again Cisco. And thanks to this great forum.

I used to own some shit!
I think the way Nautical has done it by putting a feedback thread in their forum is the way to go. Maybe the other Vendors will follow suit.

Also.... I too ordered some parts from Nautical and the shipping was EXTREMELY quick and as everyone has said GREAT prices!

Cisco received my sinister lids.got the rest of my parts in today. Sinister bags broken..side covers perfect..lids are warped and they are 1/2" off on the lid hardware. Took them back off just to double check, the stock lids they fit perfect.

I can't believe there that far off..not even close. Bags are not your fault received them from another vendor.
After six weeks of waiting..

I sent u a PM to get this take care off. I would recommend trying to heat them and see if u can move them. I Have done that before. On the bags I'm sorry the vendor u got them from mostly will take care of you.

My Ness Bags and skid plates are in. Great price, great service again by Cisco!

Called Yaffe and they were 4-5 weeks out, I ordered from Cisco and magically these show up in 2 weeks. I'm hopin Cisco can pull another rabbit out of his hat with my CVO Chupa, which was to be 4 weeks as well.

Thanks again bro. I can't recommend you enough.

Cisco is the man! He helped me get an order in late when he was leaving for Arizona bike week. I ordered an s&s dual runner intake, hhi caliper, and just black medallion gauges. His prices are very competitive and he worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Shipping was quick as well. Would not hesitate to do business with Nautical Customs again. Thanks again Cisco!
Ps. I can't wait till those gauges come in! I am glad the backorder wasn't long.
