Brake light wire question help!!!

Ok don't ask how or why lol... I have 3 wires (red/yellow, Blue/white and black) that control my brake lights... Well some how they got caught and my primary and shorted out... Once I found the problem I taped them up temporarily to make it home... When I apply my signals they all blink lol... It appears that these wires came out of the main fuse box... Anyone have a pic of how the wires go in the fuse box or schematics so I can pull the pins and replace... Thanks...
