I bought this rack and was intending to use it but did not want to cut into my rear fender for the rear hoop docking hardware.
Bought another detachable rack from Milwaukee Baggers that attaches directly to my backrest mounting points and didnt have to cut into my fender.

i'm shopping for a similar solution. I have a Bagger Concepts or Milwaukee Bagger Rear Fender kit on my 2000 Electra. I'm looking for a tour pack (Deciding on Razor or chopped right now). I need a Rack like that black one that will fit. I just did a search and that seems to only fit an 09 and up.
