Ok guys im having a hard time trying to decide if i want a wrap fender or a fl classic looking fender for my 26" build. Can you guys share some pics of either..I have a 26" Smt Simply sinister Contrast cut...I think sometimes the wheel makes the fender... look different with each style fender.

I like the FL style fenders. I think they fit the bike better than wrap style. IMO the 26" wheel looks too big with a wrap fender.

I used to own some shit!
Bill, are you going to use a FL fender on yours? If so, what fender did you get?

I should be getting one of Pauls new FL fenders when they come out but I am not 100% sold on it yet as I haven't seen it in person. Once they come out I'll get one and see if I like it or not. If I don't use Pauls fender I'll get a Yaffe or Sinister FL front.

IMO , I like the fl style (native has pics of both) If your going hot rod stlye ,the wrap looks good too.

Tough call on that one............. For me, I seem to like the FL on the street glides and wrap on the road glides

I like the wrap on the 21 & 23. and the FL on the bigger wheels. The smaller wheels need to look bigger so the wrap will do that, the bigger wheels do need no added help IMO

I will say with the round holes in that wheel I would go with the wrap fender. Makes sense round and wrap. Only problem is, I don't know if that goes with the rest of the bike since there is nothing else to go off of. Any pics of the bike or the look you are going for?

It's very nice! I saw it in Chicago and I was very impressed. If I was going 26", I would get it for sure ;)

This is kind of my sentiment also... Roadglides are a better fit using wrap fenders, Batwings and LF classics go together. If you already have one, then just get the other anc=d change it out every once and a while. I have a buddy that has a 21" and just swapped back to his FL fender for the year, he ran it with the wrap all last year... if it's paid for, what the hell!

Wrap looks better with a batwing! FL looks better with the RG because of the bigger fairing. FL on 26 just makes it look like a 23" wheel. Do you want it to look big or not? Now when you step up on a 30, then FL. But you gotta make everything else big like what Chad says..

My vote goes to the FL. I think it looks the best, but then you have bikes like 808's and it pulls the wraps off nicely. I'm sure its been done but I think if you cut the front of a wrap fender to make it kinda like this < but maybe not as agressive it would be tits.

I like the FL style. Im deciding right now(if I have enough from insurance) to do a 23''. Im a FL fan but If I go with 21'' wrap may make it look bigger like someone said earlier. I need to start checking out pics

Not fair....you know your bike is above the average chopped bagger. And you live on Oahu, so shush.....I'm jealous!

I think, like someone mentioned before, it depends on the wheel you choose. I'm going with a 23 FL myself because I chose a 5 spoke wheel for my RG.
