How much did you add in, rake wise?

Looks pretty labor intensive.....I see you decided to do you own versus buying a raked neck.

Joe, I believe that is the 9* Yaffe neck rake kit. Quite a bit different than the HHI kit.

Its a 9* yaffe neck block, its really a pretty easy job, I personally like the yaffe block better cause you can set the neck where you want it as far as the stretch goes and when your finished it looks like the factory neck.

Robsautocycles did you get the new yaffe 1 inch extension for the fork tubes? I ordered mine today, and paul himself told me they were something new so you dont have to add the 2" tubes and lowering springs with the 26" kit.

Looks like you weld at the top, then cut a pie cut and weld in from the bottom. Then grind smooth and put a thin layer of mud on there and sand smooth

You did a good job.

I used the 1 inch extensions that came in the kit,I didnt use the +2 tubes, Can you post up a pic when you get them so I can see if they are the same?
