SWEET! What's the plan for the rake?

Well I know its frowned upon but I out it on last night without any take to try it out and it rides fine, and handles fine. I have a wrap fender and chrome front end on the way, but I think it looks good for now. In the end I want a 26" but I can run it like this for now until I can afford everything I want. I just hated seeing my bike with custom paint and rear end without a wheel.

Did you get it up to speed? Say 70-75+, that may tell you more. Plus, have you smacked any hard bumps yet?

I ask as well, because my buddy also wants to just put his 23 on and see about the rake later. I personally, just dropped my bike off at AF Kustoms yesterday to get the rake done.

Yes I got it up to 70, it felt fine no wobble, shake or anything. And yes I have hit a few bumps nothing huge but I wanted to see how it did on them, because I don't want any issues later on a ride. I measured and there is 4.5 inches between my fairing skirt and the tire at stock height. I do plan to take later, I just only want to take it one time so I an waiting on the 26".

Up in da one fiddy...
Well I know its frowned upon but...

I don't think any size wheel is frowned upon if everything looks right. I had my bike parked with about 30 others last night and while the 26" was definitely noticeable, there were several other bikes that stood out even more with the trick paint and chrome 18's and 21's. Its the total package. I can't wait until I can afford graphics.

Oh I know the 23 isnt frowned on, but alot of people frown on not raking it with the 23. I agree there are alot of nice bikes with 18s 21s and 23s.

Yes I saw pics of your bike looks really nice and clean but your right some graphics will set it off. If I can help you out with the graphics at all just let me know.

Suave, Thanks. I ordered a wrap fender from ebay and I will paint it to match the bike. I didnt want to put too much money in the fender because I hope it is only on there through the summer then I hope to do the 26 and redo the whole bike. new paint scheme I have in mind with a camtech body kit. just have to start saving.
