I'm doing a lower fork leg swap on a 2010 RG. I am familiar with the process of swapping the lower legs. My question is how to go about accessing the top caps to fill the fork leg back up with fluid?
There is a plastic trim piece over the tops of the fork tube caps. Can anybody give me a quick explanation of how to remove that trim piece?

look on the side of the nacelle, you will see 2 bolts on each side. also on the speedo/tach cover, there is a little screw on each side to remove the speedo/tach. the plastic pieces you are talking about are 2 halves. and igntion switch top part will have to be removed
