2008 SG rear tire/wheel

Been doing a bit of research on a wider rear tire/wheel on 2008 SG. Gonna replace the fender, so that is a non issue. Looked at FBI website and a few others. Since I recently joined up here, figured this would be the place to look for others advise and experiences. I'm an old Shovelhead rider and just bought a bagger last year. So I'm not very familiar with what oem parts might be swapable. Such as 2009 and newer rear wheels, etc.
Appreciate input on this subject.
