I have posted this before I might as well start a thread. 182 hp 152 tq. Not bad now if we did the crank put are 656 cam in there and did our blower heads specs 210 hp easy......

Stock 120r and 8/10 lbs is to much for stock compression and wrong cam in there. You will blow it up real quick and the crank is not set up for that. Do it right once.......
We have sold 80% of the blower on the 120r and ahve specked them out for other shops.
We rec...
Fixed crank weld etc., and beam rods.
Dragos 656 blower cam
Dragos Injectors 80lbs/hour
Dragos blower head work
Dragos chain drive ids because you will break th belt......
Than you can run that bike at 10 lbs plus......... 210 and 165 tq easy..

lol lol
Hell are threshold 107 blower motors are cheaper and make the same power we are building one a stage 4 107 blower motor to make 225 hp I hope...

4 years ago I put a procharger on a 103" SE Fatboy made 166/135 and made 10lbs. but back then there were only about a dozen or so bikes with the blowers on them. We tried to kill it and it didnt blow up, I'm sure it will sooner or later.

They prochargers are just so damn loud my only concern is I wont be able to hear my new Camtech Spark-O-Matic cutom stereo lol..

You have an older style blower the new ones make much less noise. B1 My bike make 182/151 on a 96 inch with my 2:1 and I run a hawg wired direct connect and have no prblem hearing it.....

If I lived closer i think he would have strong armed me on it by now. I was gonna do it and stick with the 103" but opted for the 120r. Now you guys are killing me, 120r and blower is crazy. This forum is bad news lol

Procharger uses its own oil does not need oil from bike. And if belt brakes the bike can still drive......until you get somewhere to fix it.
In over 5 years I have never broke a belt that we have installed. Knock on wood...............lol
