09 Memory Maker II build

Well after totaling my 04 Ultra back in May I decided to buy a newer model bike and start over. I gotta it sorta where I want it well until I stopped in here and you bastards make me want a 26". LOL Here it is the day I brought it home covered in dust from sitting 2 years after the ladys husband died. Only had 3000 miles on it. My wife wired up the bars. She is a big help around the shop.

Thanks guys! I really wish I hadn't bought the 21" wheel and fender now but maybe they will be easy to sell. I am really wanting to cut the neck and go 26" now probably with the same wheel. I now have a different console waiting to be painting.

Really contemplating switching the front over to a Road Glide style if I do go 26". What is the average cost of a RG conversion?
