    2005 Roadking with a 26

    looks really good. Something to keep in mind, being that it's a 2005....the cam chain followers in the engine are really a poor design. The follower material is an orange colored material that wears out very fast, leave bits of it in the oiling system, and will eventually fail and will destroy...

    PATIENCE, and use finer grit sandpaper. Remember, the paint merely shows off the work underneath....it never "hides" it. I'd use about 220 with a light hand, no pressure. ~Joe

    oh, I got the replacement Milwaukee bagger rear fender with the cateye etc. Jsut have to get her to paint Anyone want the fender extension? Gloss black, and MINT. ~Joe

    working in a garage with no lights, no heat and it's about 18 degrees out with a 10 mph wind......pulled it apart, took the legs to the dealer and had them install everything into my chromed sliders, with the kit (part # is 54564-09 " Profile Low Touring Front Lowering Kit"....pg 376 in the 2014...

    super cold today.....got the front end done. Chrome cow bells and sliders with the Harley front lowering kit ( 1 inch lower ). Chromed and tapered spacers, and wheels I mentioned earlier. FBI wrap front fender. Rear wheel is next. ~Joe
